I was born in Munroe Island, a backwater tourist village in south India. My education and passion for nature shaped me as a budding biologist. My interest lies in understanding the lesser-known small mammals, especially those seen in the forested landscape of south India, and my research concentrated on taxonomy, biogeography, bioacoustics, niche modeling, and behavior that will help to draw meaningful results for the long-term conservation of those elusive species and their habitats.
